Orders, Subscriptions & Cancellations Policy
Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly and, in many cases, orders are packed and dispatched shortly after they are placed. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled before shipment. This applies to both one-time purchases and subscription orders.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact orders@modernbotany.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries and be charged automatically at your chosen frequency until you cancel. Your payment details will be stored securely.
There is no minimum commitment.
Subscription Discount and Delivery Frequency
Eligible subscription products receive a 15% discount on their one-time purchase price.
The available delivery frequencies when starting your subscription are every 6 weeks or every 2 months. Your selected frequency and subscription price will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically, and your saved payment method is charged for each subscription order.
Managing Your Subscription
You can change, pause or cancel your subscription through your Modern Botany customer account or the subscription management link in your subscription emails.
You can:
- Skip an upcoming order.
- Pause your subscription.
- Reschedule your next order.
- Change your delivery frequency.
- Change product quantities.
- Add eligible products to your subscription.
- Remove products, provided at least one subscribed product remains.
- Cancel your subscription.
Pauses and changes to your next order date are subject to a maximum interval of 244 days and the options available in your customer account.
One-Time Additions
You can add eligible products as a one-time purchase to an upcoming subscription delivery. These products will not be added to future deliveries unless you separately add them to your subscription.
The price of each one-time addition will be displayed when you add it. The 15% subscription discount does not automatically apply to one-time additions.
Promotional Discount Codes
Promotional discount codes are subject to their own terms, expiry dates and eligibility requirements. Where eligible, an additional promotional code may be used with your subscription discount. Not all codes can be combined or applied to recurring orders.
Shipping and Product Availability
Shipping charges apply to each subscription order according to the applicable shipping rate and free-shipping threshold. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.
If a product in your subscription order is out of stock, the complete order will be delayed rather than partially fulfilled.
Changes to Future Charges
Product prices, applicable taxes and shipping charges may change for future subscription orders. We will provide advance notice of changes to your subscription charges, including any notice required by applicable law, so that you can review the change and cancel before it takes effect.
Cancelling Your Subscription
To stop your next order, cancel before your next scheduled billing date. Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel an order that has already been charged.
If you wish to cancel an order that has already been charged, the Order Cancellations terms above apply. Please contact orders@modernbotany.com as soon as possible. As orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation before shipment.
Returns and Statutory Rights
Our Return and Refund Policy applies to both one-time purchases and subscription orders.
Your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal, remain unaffected.
